*Remote coaching enables us to work together regardless of location or time zone, and without added travel time. This is a great option for busy professionals (utilize your hour lunch break!), those w/o easy transportation, or anyone looking to save commute time. Slots for local client work are limited, so contact asap to get on the waiting list! 🙂

Both options include:

  • initial 90-minute (in-person or Zoom) consultation, including evaluative Nutritional Assessment paperwork to determine client needs, individualized feedback, goal-setting, client history, etc.
  • Follow-ups at 2 weeks & 4 weeks
  • 2-month and 3-month follow-ups are ideal for evaluating client response to protocols. Note: 3-month follow-up includes updated Nutritional Assessment to track client progress
  • weekly check-ins via email/text also available
