NUTRITION COACHING
3 or 6 Month Nutritional Therapy Package
Includes:
initial 90-minute video consultation, including evaluative Nutritional Assessment paperwork to determine client needs, individualized feedback, goal-setting, client history, etc.
Follow-ups at 2 weeks & 4 weeks
2-month and 3-month follow-ups (Note: 3-month follow-up includes updated Nutritional Assessment to track client progress)

Pantry Cleanout Program
(1 on 1 General Nutrition Coaching)
*Great option for individuals who aren’t ready for full Nutritional Therapy services, but want to start making better choices in the kitchen
Includes:
· Personalized lessons + coaching on pantry/fridge content: we will talk about what types of ingredients you most commonly purchase and use, what your meals look like, & discuss healthier alternatives [keeping in mind transition time + budget]
· Includes 6 Video meetings, 1-on-1, where we will investigate & discuss your pantry and refrigerator items, what to watch out for/get rid of, and what to add in
· Also includes follow-up documentation [via email] of what we discussed in each meeting, and replacement options (ingredients, brands, places to shop, how to keep within budget)
· Weekly check-in support available via Voxer during business hours
